• Firearm Sales (NEW): All sales of firearms and serialized items are final; no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.
• NFA Sales: Returns for NFA items are subject to a $50.00 restocking fee once ATF Form 4 paperwork has begun.
• Firearm Defects (NEW): Customers discovering defects after transfer must contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

• Warranty: New firearms come with the original manufacturer’s warranty. Customers should contact the manufacturer for warranty-related issues.

Shipping and Regulations:
• Shipping Address: Shipments cannot be rerouted after dispatch. Carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning to the sender. Restocking and shipping fees apply to returned shipments.

• Failed Deliveries: If the carrier cannot deliver to the requested address, the package will be returned to Elliott Outdoors.
